Al Barsha South 2 Property Guide

Al Barsha South is a new residential district 8 kilometres inland from Palm Jumeirah and lying to the south of the more established Al Barsha, to the east of Jumeirah Village Circle and just north of Motor City. The land to the east of Al Barsha South has not yet been developed but is earmarked for the vast new Mohammed bin Rashid City and a Universal Studios theme park.

Al Barsha South comprises five areas, Al Barsha South 1, 2, and 3, Arjan and Dubiotech (Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park). Segment 1 has been built and comprises villas and town houses. Segment 2 is not yet completed, and work has not yet started on segment 3. Arjan is under construction and includes the completed Dubai Miracle Garden floral park, and Dubiotech is up and running but not fully developed.
