Palmera 4

Palmera is one of the more unique communities in Dubai. Palmera is located at the perimeter of Ranches. There are a total of about 600 Spanish style cluster homes having 2 and 3 Bedrooms townhouses. The development has a large lake in its center of which only 90 homes get that prime view. The Palmera units are quite sought after for their tranquil and quaint architecture. The 3 bedroom units are always corner units with large plot sizes. Attached to the 3 Bedrooms is the larger 2 bedroom type (Type B)
