A master-planned community, Dubai Hills Estate is the first phase in development of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. It is the result of a joint venture between master developer Emaar and Meraas Holding. The master mixed-use lifestyle development spans an area of over 11 million square metres (2,700 acres) and is created with sustainability in mind.
