Marina Tower

The 32 storey tower by world renowned master developer Emaar, was acquired by Select Group in 2013 as part of its short-term investment portfolio. The tower consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments – some with their own outdoor jacuzzis. The development features 202 residential units and five retail spaces.
