Jumeirah Village Triangle is a master-development by Nakheel which features mainly 2 bedroom villas and 1 & 2 bedroom townhouses. All villas and townhouses that were developed by Nakheel were completed in 2012. Along the periphery of the community are plots that were sold by Nakheel to investors to develop G+4, G+8 and G+20 buildings. There are a handful of ready apartment developments and several that are currently under-construction.
