Emaar Beachfront Update August 2019

Emaar Beachfront progress is visible on a daily basis with changes happening everyday.

Dubai Harbour cruise ship terminal is now out of the ground with buildings visible. The mainland part is now clearly taking shape. 

Dubai Harbour yacht club and marina main foundation is now complete with boat Beth’s now been put in place. The overview shows a large marina with spaces for literally hundreds of boats to berth of all sizes. Dubai Yacht Club and Marina extends to both sides of the trunk with berths on the right hand side in front of Sunrise Bay and Marina Vista and berths on left hand side of the trunk extending from the Grosvenor House Hotel all the way round to the runway of skydive Dubai adjacent to the cruise port. 

Emaar Beachfront apartments are now highly visible with Beach Vista, Sunrise Bay and Marina Vista now out of the ground plus 7. Elie Saab Grande Bleu has ground works on going.

Overall the progress is astounding and each phase is sold out for all 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. There is limited availability on 3 and 4 bedroom apartments as well as podium level apartments.
