How do I become a Real Estate Agent in Dubai with Abode Property?

If I'm moving to Dubai will I need money to start off?

Yes! You will need to be financially independent so you can focus on your work. Plan at least three months money to pay bills to give you comfort. Dubai is an expensive place to live. Be prepared!

Is it essential to know Dubai well?

No but it is a great advantage! Our program allows you to learn from hands on experience setup to allow "Productive failure" which allows for failure to occur earlier and result in outperforming those who are led by direct instruction.

Is there training when I start with Abode Property?

Yes. Your first week will be spend with your manager with inductions to the company and the basic principals of Dubai Real Estate. After that we have continuous on job training and learning.

What is the probation period when I join?

Probation on each employee is for 3-months, subject to performance. If Abode Property feel there is benefit to extent the probation period it will be extended by another 3 months.

What do I need to do to get a job?

  1. Your CV will be short-listed by HR based upon the criteria set out for ideal candidates:
  2. First Interview - This will be an informal interview to get a feel for each other. It can last 15 to 30 minutes depending on the connection. If not successful ar this stage we will notify you within 24 hrs to update you.
  3. Second Interview - This will be a formal interview with the Sales Director and will focus on your key skills and experience digging deeper into why you can be successful in Dubai as a Real Esate agent.
  4. Third meeting - Feedback from first 2 interviews will be given and you will meet our MD. A formal written offer will follow.
  5. Meeting The Team – Come in and meet your colleagues in an informal setting prior to official start day so your first day is less stressful.

What are VISA requirements to join?

Applicants who come on a visit visa to Dubai

  • Copy of the passport along with the visit visa stamped page (the passport has to be valid for 12 months)
  • Copy of the UAE Driving License or International Driving License (only those international licenses which can be easily converted to a UAE license are acceptable e.g. UK driving licenses)
  • 8 passport-sized head-shot photographs on a white background
  • A reference letter from previous employer
  • Copy of the accepted resignation letter from the previous company
  • Attested Education Certificate
  • Copy of Emirates Identification (EID)  *if applicant already has EID from previous employer

Applicants who are on their father's or husband's sponsorship

  • Copy of the passport along with the visa page (the passport has to be valid for 12 months)
  • Copy of the UAE Driving License or International Driving License (only those international licenses which can be easily converted to a UAE license are acceptable e.g. UK driving licenses)
  • 8 passport-sized head-shot photographs on a white background
  • A reference letter from previous employer
  • Copy of the accepted resignation letter from the previous company
  • Copy of the previous medical card
  • Copy of the passport and the visa page of the sponsor

 Applicants who are on previous company sponsorship

  • Copy of the passport along with the visa page (the passport has to be valid for 12 months)
  • Copy of the UAE Driving License or International Driving License (only those international licenses which can be easily converted to a UAE license are acceptable e.g. UK driving licenses)
  • 8 passport-sized head-shot photographs on a white background
  • Reference letter from the previous employers
