Signed digital record of all inspections by Property Manager and The Tenant to record the property condition ensuring accountability and prevention.
Detailed and accurate Property Reports are generated from the inspections. These are used to record any necessary maintenance required.
Any issues found are immediately dealt with in line with our contractual obligation to you to ensure asset preservation and value.
We make sure your property is in best condition at handover by providing detailed inspection reports after completing our complete snagging service.
Scoring the various sections allows us to monitor the current condition versus future condition, which in turn allows us to monitor building faults or bad tenant maintenance.
